I've been pondering new DR strings for a while now and I think I've decided I want something with nice midrange growl. So basically, what DR strings boast the best midrange (preferably nickel, lo-riders maybe?)

:bassist: ...Try the DR Low Riders SS ...they last long, has good substain, nice mid-growl & nice bottom......also the highs are crisp, not like the HI-BEAMS, but still sweet.

    peace, BJBASS

  3. Same criteria as above- midrangy with mellow highs, but in a 36" and .130 low B. (5-string set). . .'extra long scale'
