Which fretboard?

  1. I will be ordering a new Warmoth neck for my Active Jazz V parts bass. I used to have a Warmoth Fretless neck on this body, but put that neck on another and will be getting a fretted neck for this one (the blocked neck below needs a lot of work…)

    With black PG:

    It will be a Roasted Maple shaft, like the Fretless one, but I’m hung up on fretboard choice.
    Roasted Maple or Rosewood? I’m kinda leaning to maple….but I don’t know for sure…

    I guess it would kind of look like this with maple (but roasted, of course…)
