My wife came in awhile back when I was practicing and said I like that one better then that one.(wont say which one right now. :) ). I want to see what other peoples opinions are.

    #1) Fender P-bass

#2) G&L Truibute L-2500( I know that the pic is a L-2000, but I can't get the L-2500 pic to pop up. A Pic of it can be found here. http://www.bassnw.com/images/New Basses/G&L Tribute L2500 Premium Sunburst_Maple.jpg

They both sound great and play great i think the G&L plays better except for keeping the B string mutedbut they both play great diffrent but great. I just think one looks beter then the other and my wife thinks diffrently. So I decided to do a poll just to see what others thought. Just to see If more people thought my way or her way. :D

Your wife likes number 1 and you like number 2.

Going through maritial difficulties now, having to think
    that way.
Am I right or still not getting it?

lol...nope....I think #1 is better looking and she likes #2. She likes the darker color better. I bought that Fender back in 2002 when the guitar store had it on clearence I got it for +tax $695 somewhere around there. It's my first ever and only USA made bass/guitar i've owned so I kind of favor it more. The Truibute I got last Christmas because it had a maple neck. It's hard to find maple neck Basses around here. I'm the kind of guy that has to play it before I buy it.

This is kind of fun this is my first poll.

Second guessing gets me into trouble.
I prefer number 1 as well, and cast my vote accordingly.

Stick to your guns, she will come around.
At worst, you can point to a 2:1 advantage in the poll.
Who cares if you are 0 for 1 at home.

    Good luck.
They are both nice. (Is that too PC?)

    I like #2. I'm a sucker for a sunburst finish with a maple board.

Me too..It just jumped out at me when I seen it in the store.

Why is there not more people that picked the G&L not responding?

I pick the Fender. There's just something about Fender's bodies that make my eyes pop and go, "Whoa momma!!"
  18. Are you kidding me?

A tort pickguard on a natural p-bass...nothing could POSSIBLY be more beautiful than that.
