  2. I'd get the red pearl. It's pretty close to red tort, which would look great on a Geddy Lee Jazz.

I'd also go with Tort or Red Pearl. Tort on black or white is KILLER.

The guard is from Terrapin, too. Although I'm in the process of ordering red tort just to have something different for a while. I like em both!

White perloid on a black bodied jazz bass with black block inlay on a maple fretboard is damn hard to beat ;)

  9. The Black looks cool and the sheep will follow...

 ...oh MY, did I say that?

but after you've beaten all the "wool" out your geddy...put on a black perloid and go for a truly classy look

That's not a Geddy, so how can it be a perfect fit? I thought about putting a red guard on mine. Any photo shop experts out there?

It's a Geddy body. The neck is on a different bass. The pickguard lines up perfectly to the screwholes/neck pocket.

Yeah, one of the ways you can tell with a photo like that is the extra screw above the pup.

I love white pearloid or black pearloid...

I voted white pearloid... I have one on my black G&L and it's very attractive... Sir Nino Valenti made it for me :)
