    But I don't like the green/tort combo so I had a friend knock up some quick photoshop options of other pickguards

    black or white pearloid. Definitely not the plain mint, that'd be fugly imho.
    I'm tossed up between the black and white though. tough call.

    I would say the black pearloid from the ones up there, though I think plain black would look better.

    Dude -

    I personally think the tort is HOT! It's classy and definitely unique. But if you don't like it, that's all that matters.

    With that said, I think the next best option is the white pearloid.
