I haven't had a chance to play the new American Standards or the reissues.
For those that have played them, which did you prefer?
Whatever bass it ends up being will be white. I love white basses.
I'm trying to find one to play, but my local GC doesn't have either in stock last I checked.

They are all great basses. It really boils down to which one speaks to you. For me it would be the 2010 American Standard because I find the neck more comfortable. For you it may be different. My favourite sounding is the 57.

  3. 57 or 62, i perfer the older style fenders i am not into string through bridges or the newer necks.

    The '62 is the teats.

  5. I agree about the neck on the MIA Standard. Much nicer feel to me as well.
