    I voted for the GK because the 4*12 neo cab is one of the best cabs Ive ever heard. Most TBers who have spoken on this issue agree- the GK cab sounds a lot better than the aggie one. Plus, its lighter. Ampeg's 8*10 sounds cool, but it lacks versatility. Its a 'classic' sound but good luck getting any other sound out of it other than the thick mid-range heavy thump its famous for.

    This could be true...I've never tried the GK412. However, i'm pretty content on this end.

    The seem to fly under the radar for bass but man they have great tone!

    I've had a Mesa 400+ played into an Ampeg 810 before. Nice rocksound. And i've played the Mesa into a Mesa 1516B lots of times. A little more versatile!
