Up for sale is a white Precision PJ style body of unknown provenance. It's in good shape showing light player wear with a few scuffs near the jack (pictured) and a small chip at the neck pocket lower horn side. Comes with the threaded saddle fender style bridge, and the foams shown. I took the bridge off to see what was under it, nice copper tape and a ground wire soldered to it.
The paint has a nice shine to it.
Weight shows 4 lbs 10.8 oz (with no bridge)
Price includes shipping lower 48. Paypal accepted. 20190609_123030.jpg

Any idea what kind of pickguard would fit anf if a Fender spec neck fits? Thanks!

It came with a nice 3 ply pickguard that I intended to keep so I'd have a template for when I lay out and route P bass pickups, but I'll include it in the sale at the asking price.

Yes it's Fender spec. I tested it with 2 different squier jazz necks. One was perfect and the other one would've taken force to get it.
It also tested perfectly with one of those cheap (but fender spec'd) Kmise ebay necks (which I've used on a 1 build with zero problems, really surprisingly good (the one I used).

I would assumed Poly, but the way the neck plate imprinted looks a bit lacquerish. I'll test it this evening. Off to work. Thanks for the interest folk.

    It's polyurethane.

I ran across a killer jazz neck and so have decided to make a bass out of this.
