Who else doesn't keep time in any visible way? (IE tapping feet)

I noticed I was the only one in my band while rehearsing who was standing perfectly still. Everyone else was tapping their feet. Who's with me?

It's better to keep time in your feet, or nodding your head, or whatever, than not at all.
Better still is to keep it in your right hand.

I focused all on my left hand in early years and I still have a bad habit of keeping time there. Working on it :)

  3. I don't count time with my body, except when I play metal. Then my head does all the work :D

I don't. I'm keeping time in my head, and with my hands, and that's enough.

I can't help it. It's either my foot, or my head, Pino style.

I always keep time in my head, but I'm also always running around, headbanging, or dancing.

It all depends. I'm usually dancing around, getting into the music which is actually me moving in time, but sometimes I'm standing stock still.

If the drummer is going to start a solo, or do something weird for a few measures and keeping the band in line becomes my responsibility, then my foot starts tapping and I concentrate on the count. I like to think that I am fairly infallible once the foot starts to tapping.
