Who else made bass/guitar hybrid doublenecks?

I saw the Geddy Lee doubleneck thread made it back to the front page again over in the Bassists section, and it got me thinking about bass/guitar doubleneck hybrids. What other companies made or make these kinds of instruments?

As a followup, I've seen that Warmoth has a body, but never seen an actual bass made from it. Has anyone made an instrument with this body? How does it work?
