  1. Just curious if there is a guy that is well known around these parts...kind of a Jimmy M of the GI forum?

groove master and stick player cross swords regularly on here and often get threads closed.
  4. Ha ha! Ok...so there isn't a theory guru that has separated himself from the other frequenters of these parts?

Malcom Amos does a great job of laying out basic concepts in an clear and articulate fashion. But there's not really any one person that's as ubiqutious as Jimmy M. Rather a group of people who offer frequent and useful help.

A big +1 for Malcolm Amos' and JimmyM's contributions.

At the same time, whenever the two guys quoted above, are involved in a thread, I always make sure to read their very informative and helpful posts. JTE, you have not been around as often as you used to. Always good to hear from you. ;)

Personally, I owe a lot of my bass/musical knowledge to the good people here on TB, for which I am very grateful. :)
