    It's hard to tell and I'm not positive, but is it Dwayne “Smitty” Smith?

    I'm pretty sure it is. I checked out the pics on his MySpace page. The picture is dark, but it looks like all of his basses have a ramp installed on them (like in the video). Check it out.

    I enjoyed his bass playing on that clip. Tight and funky.
