Who makes a good explorer bass?

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Elemeninki, Jul 2, 2008.

  1. Apart from Alembic, Warwick and ESP who makes Explorer basses?

The Alembic and the Warwick are too expensive, and the ESP too boring, and pushing the pointiness limits.

5 strings would be nice, as would good balance and tone.
I'm in the UK, if that makes a difference.

    Anyone know of any?
    If so, thanks.
