Just out of interest I was just wondering how fast some of you can pluck with your index + middle finger on your quickest open string (mines my a.) So just a daft little test, with a tempo of 60 beast per minutes on a metronome or guitar pro or something whats the quickest notes you can play (half notes, quater notes, sixteenth, thirty second?!?! or maybe faster?!?!?!)

I can get into the thirtysecond notes for about less than one second than im somewhere between sixteenth and thirty second. what about you?

Plucking on one note isn't really significant as it concerns a player's ability play uptempo lines. Anyhow, 16ths at 120 for me

Didnt mean it to be significant in playing songs, hence "daft test".
Just want to know how fast people can get.

    Closed for general stupidity.

Music is an art form, not an athletic competition.
