I have no use for 4x15...that would have pretty mediocre highs and lows...course, the mids would be pretty good, I suspect. and goot mids is not worth my spine in traction after every gig.

The pictures don't do those cabs justice. There was a store down here that had two of them stacked together, they were litterally floor to ceiling. I think someone actually bought them! I don't feel sorry for them!

They could also be 12s or even 10s, couldn't they? After all, we know that not everything on eBay is what it's said to be.
  15. They're PA cabs. This shouldn't even be in "Amps" technically.

And the bar engineering super tube amp me and a buddy have been talking about.....
Has anyone here ever worked in radio? The amplifier tubes for a transmitter are about two feet long and a foot wide, big fat scary things.

A tube amp with about eight of those suckers in the primary circuit, stacked on top of two of those 4x15's........ yeah.......

You're forgetting that those 4x15's can only hold 300 watts...

I think that the big crazy tubes aren't especially high power either.
  19. Poor excuses for speaker cabs. With a port area that small, I bet they fart like hell.
