That my Fender Bassman 135 (100watt all tube) head would sound so good through two EA CXL112's!! This sounds sooooo good, and is louder than my bassman 2x15 :hyper:

All the older Fender tube amps have a lot of oompf. Speaker technology back then really sucked. Ahh to live in this modern bass friendly age. Since SWR hit the scene ( 20+ years ago) there has been a dramatic rise in the quality of bass rigs in general. Lots of old school heads sound great with newer speakers and better designed cabinets. I keep threatening a store owner friend that I'm gonna take his Plush amp head and replace my Pre/Power amp setup. Those 4 6L6's are callin' me
