Why Bassman 300 &1200.....

    ...are not so much used?

    I mean. Fender is THE big company. I guess that they could afford GREAT endorsment deals. But their "top of the line" Bassman 300 & 1200 (formaerli known as SUNN) are not seen in action that much.

    my plain question is: WHY?

    I don't know about that, but they just started a new series of amps so they might find some bassists to endorse.

    Probably because they too busy ruining Jackson & SWR. :rolleyes: Personally I liked both of those amps ( when they were Sunn). I got to play them alot when I worked @ Sam Ash & I really liked the 1200S but IMO, their were tooo many knobs & buttons & what have you. A few years ago, Fender sponsered the OzFest tour with Sunn amps.
