when I have my ElevenRack plugged into the FX-Return jack?

I essentially want to use the 11R as my preamp (including the built in FX) with the my Markbass amp as power (for the time being)

The amp is a Markbass SD750 (loud as hell, discontinued, and is lighter than any power amp out there...so why not keep it around for now?)

I've done this with a GK...having the 11R disabled the EQ section on the amp but the Markbass' EQ section still works....how come?

Markbass amps don't allow you to bypass their preamps with the FX loop.

Not familiar with the 750, but the LMIII does have flat response with all controls at noon and filters off. So yeah, I guess that's one way to work it.
