Why waste 3-4K on a complete instrument...

    Oh man, that pickup ring MUST have some great tone! I mean, it was from a '59 Les Paul, after all! Only 23 hours left! Must buy....

    I mean it will sound FAR better than about 3 modern gibsons put together !!

    That's 'cause I'm waiting until the last second to pounce on this one! I know I've got it and it's gonna sound great having that pickup ring on that body!!! :hyper:

    Does anyone think I should get a neck to go with it? I'm a little worried I might not have enough money left over for it, but if you think I can do without then that'll be great!!

  14. I'm not saying its a blatant, very poorly done fake but the control cavity and neck pocket have as much wear and chipped paint as does the exposed body.

    I know how much one of the offers were. It was from my buddy and it was only $100. The same guy sold a set of vintage fender pickgaurd screws for $75. I couldn't believe my eyes.
