That's right! The wife said, "Sell a bass and buy a Sadowsky PJ-4 or else!"

Sale for: $2295 plus shipping firm

    SOLD!

    The new owner wrote,

"Thank you very much! Bass received very well yesterday!!^^ The condition of bass is perfect and the sound is so sweet and mellow!!...Thank you and have a wonderful day!!"

I bought this bass to convert to a PJ-4 but the conversion didn't happen (way too expensive). I do not want to sell this one as it is becoming my "everyday" player--it's that nice. Unfortunately, I need to move one bass before I buy another. I have another Sadowsky VJ-4 (ash/maple) that's my main slapper so this one is up for sale.

    From the Sadowsky site:

    STYLE: Vintage 4-string
    FINISH: Natural
    WOOD: Flame Maple on Alder
    FINGERBOARD: Morado
    PICKGUARD: Tortoise
    HARDWARE: Chrome
    PICKUPS: Sadowsky Humcancelling J
    SERIAL #: 3887
    WEIGHT: 9 lbs.

    - NYC model
    - VTC installed by Sadowsky last month (in lieu of conversion)
    - Excellent shape

Only trades excepted: Recent model Sadowsky PJ-4 (Neck-thru Smith-4's considered).

Don't miss this one. I'll post this on E:eek:bay when I get time. I had solid buyers for my other Sadowsky within 24 hours of posting there but I decided to keep it.

Want to experience the Sadowsky magic firsthand? This is the one!

Sounds like you got a great better half! Good luck with it.

  11. If I wouldn't have already had a Morado/Alder I would have snapped this bass right up.
