I thought that bat was going to make a full circle!

When I was a kid, I taught myself how to "creep" and not be heard by people only a few feet away as I walked by. When you have a parent that gives you a chore every time your seen, you tend to not want to be noticed!

I can still do it, even with boots on (slowly roll on each foot heel-to-toe) and I've scared various people - too many times to remember - by creeping up close behind them and doing something like that! I try to stay beyond arm's length, though, in case the reaction is a fit.
