Wilkinson WKA400

    Has anyone installed a Wilkinson WKA400 preamp? I'm looking for a mid-priced 2 band EQ and there doesn't seem to be much to choose from unless anyone has a suggestion?

    I also want to add a toggle switch for switching to passive if needed.

    Hi guys... poor english here. I have a 4 chords active bass Vintage V990 ,double coil + single coil at the ncek. This one came out with the wka 400 preamp.You can find the wka400 for 40 Eur. The preamp from what i can say is really modulable,not invasive going to saturate just at 10/10. I have a 5 chords wilkinson vintage,an EST96,active ,the same of you.That one came out from Vintage with a different preamp ,3 bands. I found this one much more powerful in out,you have to limit.. it a lot or you get very dirty sound.So...my question is: did you get the wka400? cause i have to change the pots ,and i make a mess with cables..if you have the schematics could you please send it to me?
