Will Ampeg 410 HLF speakers work w/ 410 HE Cab?

    I have four 4-ohm Eminence speakers from a 410 HLF cab and want to use them in a 410 HE cabinet, which is a sealed cab. The 410 HLF is not. Will this work or will I cause damage to the speakers? Pic attached. They read 86-510-04 and also read 10401A. IMG_2952.jpeg

    They will make sound, no way to tell if they will sound good or survive long.

    I doubt they'll sound good, but you can try them and it shouldn't harm them or anything. The 410hlf speakers were engineered specifically to use with the 410hlf. The back plates were extended to give the voice coil more room to travel, thus making it go lower.
