Will raising my action solve my problem?

I've had my Modulus Quantum 5 for about 3 months now. I have yet to touch a thing on it, besides changing my strings.

On my E and A string, whenever I hold down fret 3 (up to 6), it rattles against the closest fret producing a buzz. Should I raise my action to stop this?

If so, do I raise the action of all the strings? Tips for doing this or any no-no's? Thanks in advance.

I'd check the neck relief first, then the action. Just in case you need it - Modulus Quantum Owners Manual - instructions for Neck Relief Adjustment is towards the very end.
