I'm thinking of adding an additional Bag End S15-D cabinet to my setup. I plan on also buying a power amp and probably will run about 1000 watts into both of my Bag End cabinets.

I've already replaced the speaker in my current BE with a 600 watt Carvin speaker. Will running 1000 watts or so between both cabinets blow a stock Bag End(200 watts)? It didn't seem to take much when I blew the original speaker in my current cab.

Gosh, for some reason I popped one of my 12's in my D12. but my D10X-D, early narrow style, is scary loud! It seems to taunt me with "is that all you've got" kinda attitude. I've used my WT-800 bridged into my S15X-D and it was about the same. ;)

if its only 200W it will in time burn out from over heating or over excusion of the cone... as poutting over 200W theorticaly will push the cone out side of its linear excusion region.... but acording to mr man above see how you go.... you never knwo your luck
