What y'all think of William Shatner in the musical realm?

How could you NOT love his, shall we say, "unique and dramatic" interpretations of things like "Mr Tambourine Man", "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" or his amazing rant duet "I Can't Get Behind That" with one Henry Rollins"? Hed even applied his ahem, "artistry" to Elton John's "Rocket Man" on a 1978 Sci Fi Awards TV broadcast. :D

Ben Folds is also Jesus... making that album mega jesus deluxe.

Kingdom of the Spiders is possibly the greatest movie in the history of the cinema.

Erm, sorry, I'm thinking of Pootie Tang... was Bill in that?
  7. Agreed.

Ben Folds alone is the man, but to combine him with Shatner...

    Creepy isn't it?
  11. When I first heard of William Shatner's music, I figured it would be a joke. After hearing iTunes clips and a music video or two off of iTunes, I'm really amazed at how catchy it sounds and how well it all fits. His voice is just perfect. I could listen to his stuff for days. I just need to pick up his album.

Also, I'm totally in love with Ben Folds. That man rocks so hard.
