For those going to NAMM and bringing digital cameras, I'm offering to host the incredible bass pics on a site I have. Please PM me, and when the time comes, I'll give you some details (FTP drop-off box, etc...). If you can get some background on the basses as well, specs, etc... It could be more than an album.

    I wish I were going.

I'm thinking that if people can describe these basics about the pics, I can create a directory by mfr and describe who/what's in the photos:

Pic Location: ex: What booth, what hall, etc...
Basses Pictured: mfr(s), models, top woods, etc...
Celebs in Pic: those both famous and infamous (from TB) in the pic
Specialties: general comments about what's pictured.

I figure one central place for all the pics would be cool for everyone.

Absolutely. I'm working on an easy and 'secure' posting page that everyone can use to post these.

    Thanks.

Much appreciated. I'm planning on taking tons of pictures and wasn't sure how to post them. I'll have a bass at the Bee Basses booth, BTW.

    AJ,

    PM'd you.

Thanks for offering your site up.

I was hoping for a way to post pics for all of those not able to attend.

  9. AJ, I'll be there, clicking away, probably taking way too many pics. I'd love to be able to post some of them for those TBers unable to attend. Thanks man!

Yeah for sure. I'll try and make all the rounds for everybody. But I can't make any promises. Other than Fodera and Nordstrand. :) And maybe Conklin.

I was at MTD last week and some of his NAMM basses are absolutely sick - and since our booth is right next to his, I get to play them all weekend long

We will be posting as well. I'll try and get plenty of shots of the good stuff - and probably some of the not-so-good stuff! ;)

I will be updating the pics at the end of each day so people should get a good sense of what the show is about. There is so much to see... It's a bit overwhelming actually - but totally worth it!

There is too much at NAMM to just check out one instrument.
