This preamp is from a 2007 Sterling with the dummy third coil, so there are 7 wires from the 3way switch to the preamp...!

I’ve done some searching and haven’t seen a schematic that looks like mine.

    Any Help would be appreciated!

Assuming you want to use your P pickup with standard (=series) wiring:
    Pickup ground to BLACK
Pickup hot to either YELLOW or WHITE
The switch will not select any coil obviously. But It will change the preamp gain. Select a position you like and leave it inside the control cavity.
If you don't have space for the switch in the control cavity, there is a way to remove the switch.

    Awesome.

    Yes P in series.

I would like to get rid of the switch.

OK, you can disconnect all the wires from the PCB (except the battery connections). In this configuration the preamp gain will be the highest.
If you want to decrease the gain you can connect the GRAY to:
    BLUE
    or
    ORAN
    or
    BRWN.
Each connection should have different attenuation.
