  1. Whats the best wireless unit to use, you see more guitarists than bassists use them, is this anything to do with problems with the bass signal ?

Im looking for a decent priced one, that'll hopefully not be fuzzy as hell, also, i dont want a "bug" one, i want one that actually has a plug in box that sticks on the strap

I have used Nady wireless sinc the mid 80's. They are very
reliable units, and I have no signal loss. The first one they came out with was the 101,and then a few years later they
introduced the 201 True Diversity with dual antennas. That
one is my main, and the 101 is always on my backup Bass.
Here is a pic of the Recievers and the Transmitters. This
Yamaha Bass has seperate outputs and I run both wireles at the same time on seperate chanels.I have wireless transmitter holders on all my straps.

My wife just bought me an AKW WMS40 Diversity w/ the guitar bug for my birthday. Man is it sweet!

Going the diversity route is sooooo much better....less dropouts, more coverage, and I have less chance of the guitarist interfering with me...plus now I can romp around and play to tha honies! :D
