wiring diagram

I would like to rewire my jazz bass so it has a gibson style 3 way switch, 1 volume and 1 tone. It has 2 single coil pickups. Ive been looking everywhere for a diagram but i cant find any that have what i need exactly. So if any one has one or could draw one up that would be awesome. Im pretty new to this so any tips and tricks would also be appreciated. Thanks!

 

Also i might want to use a tonestyler as the tone knob. how will that change the wiring?
