Just bought the switch today so I can go from active, to off, to passive in case of an emergency (in passive mode I just want the pups after volume pots to go direct to the output jack).
Mini DPDT toggle switch has 6 legs or poles. Anyone know how to wire this up from a P/J Volume/Volume setup then from a EMG BTC active control? Thanks guys for any help!

Oopps had to edit last post, meant its a DPDT switch.

  3. It would not be preferable, as the "off" position will leave the output with an infinite impedance, which could potentially allow some "open guitar cable buzz."

Good to know.. I guess I'll just "switch" to an on/on toggle. Thanks
