Does anyone here have an acoustic Wishbass? Do you like it? How is the volume unplugged?
  3. Search for "banana bass". A few folks here have posted about them. Steve just released his first "New Acoustic Model" Bass. Someone wrote it up on the Facebook Wishbass page.

I have two Bananas - great basses: one piezo, one not - sound great unplugged. Brilliant value for the price.

  6. Elsewhere on Talkbass there's a discussion on "boutique" basses. Some folks are agreeing that Wishbasses meet the criteria. I agree. Thoughts?

they easily transition from crudetique to boutique with relatively little effort and often surpass some of the top price builders for my tastes. each Wishbass is unique in every way, playable pieces of pure Americana folk art.

"Crudetique", I've never heard that word before. I kinda like it.
