is there cash back with that purchase?

actually, that's not entirely fair. It does look decent enough.

Don't you love seeing all that glue behind those pickups? Why is he using "Select" By EMG? Look how the E is about to fall off that "Bridge"....

Oh sorry about that. I've looked at a few too many of those wish auctions so now I just skim them and look at the pictures.

Wow. I wonder if it might sound better if the E and A strings were over a pickup.

Why is the jack all the way up by the fingerboard and on the wrong side?

Yes, they do. But I'd prefer piezos on an upright, to get that woody tone.

That is an electric upright. The jack would not be as much of a problem there as it would be on a bass guitar.

Call me crazy, but it seems like Wish is beginning to turn out some nice, playable, marketable basses.

You got a point, there was a huge improvement as far as the look goes at least (dont know about playability;)).

    But not for $1000!!!

I don't know how Wish can charge a grand for that thing with a straight face...:bag:

Just my opinion, of course. If it plays great, I would retract my statement.

You guys try so hard to be nice. It looks perfectly rotten.
  19. I feel sad for the woods and the parts.. Just a little more effort and care could make his basses a bit more worthy.

To quote Wish, "All of this means that I wind up with lots of real nice, very playable instruments..."

    ...Anyone actually agree with this?
