Wishnevsky Peanut Bass

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by heath_the_great, Mar 9, 2004.

  1. Hey yo to y'all

well, for a while ive been tossing up on getting a wishnevysky (Being in a different country and all) and ive asked for a few quotes and ive decided that im 75% going to get a peanut bass fretless....

i asked on a quote for a puanut and an electric upright with the charles mingus style headstock (dragon head)...but it would cost almost as much for the upright as it would for postage.....

so ive decided to maybe go with the peanut.....but ill ask on here to the people that have one ob what they think about them....so....what do you guys think???

ive asked for: Striped (Maple and Walnut only), jatoba fingerboard, Peanut Fretless with a humbucking p/up

which i was quoted 300.00us and around 100.00 for postage

so, basically it'll be this in fretless and without the purple wood
(might have to get the mingus headstock on this :D :p )

    Cheers

Wow, what a bizarre bass. Well, if it works good and sounds good, that's all that matters! And certainly a good price. :)
