I just started listening to Kill em All again after Death Magnetic a few days ago and listening to the evolution of this world class band was beautiful. Buying Death Magnetic this week at best Buy I allso was lured into buying probably my 5th copy of And Justice for all and 3rd copy Ride the Ligtening on sale for $9.99. I think Death Magnetic just trumped my favorite Metallica albums being the Loads. :bassist::bassist::bassist::bassist:

  8. Since were re-visiting older Metallica albums, I'll give my ranking of Metallica's studio albums from favorite to least favorite. It (the order) sort of jumps around between eras.
    1) Master Of Puppets
    2) And Justice For All
    3) Load
    4) Reload (yes I put the Loads above their first 2)
    5) Ride The Lightning
    6) Kill em All
    7) Death Magnetic
    8) The Black Album
    and of course
    9) St. Anger

The order will probably be totally different a few years from now.

Yeah I got Metallistoked a few weeks ago and did something similar. The first three are absolute classics, Justice not far behind, with Black and Load being perfectly okay stuff. I have still never been able to listen to Reload or St. Anger all the way through, the former is boring and the latter is one of the worst albums I've ever heard. I like the new one, in particular The End of the Line.

DanielTulip, Electric Wizard and Kyuss are essential. If you're diggin' Sleep, get this stuff ASAP!
