I bet. But, hey, April 1st ain't far off at all.

Yeah, usually, simple totally isn't my thing, but there's something about the extremely stripped-down look of that bass combined with fretboard wood. It's nice.

    Thanks Yvon.

Yes, it will be a fretless bass, unlined of course. The wood deserves it.. :smug:

    Very nice!

I don't think that I've ever seen Elm used in a bass before.

Johnny Morch has used it a couple of times with great results! Though my bass is the first fretless! It's elm with a golden/yellow'ish dye, and a epoxy coating.
The bass need a final clear coat + electronics wiring.

Is that a ramp after the neck?

That's a cool idea. I only found out about it yesterday.. but hey, you have to learn somewhere. Really nice bass, btw. I can't wait to see the final pictures.

Im "addicted" to the ramp.. My playing style is very dependent on the ramp actually.

Sure! You learn new things everyday right?..

I can't wait to see the bass in person when im picking it out in april!.. I'll keep you posted for sure!

    Very cool bass!

Can't to try it! Do you think that a Nordstrand Dualcoli would fits in there?
