  1. So, we got a gig at the Good Sam RV club Wisconsin chapter 50th anniversary on June 14, 2019. I was unaware but apparently Good Sam RV is nationally known. There was some initial confusion over the booking date but we got it squared away.

The gig was held in the Leinenkugel building at the Chippewa Co. Fairgrounds. You will see below Bob. He was our official greeter at the gate and required us to follow him to the building where we were to perform. Bob took us the long way to the building traveling a blazing 5 MPH to get there.

A couple shots of the crowd. We didn't know until we got there that the crowd was generally "older". I did get them to give me a collective "cheese" for the pics though. I think the toughest part of the gig came early on when we had to adjust our levels because we were too "loud". That is not something i hear too often. Basically, what solved the problem was turning down Joe and I (drums and bass) and not making the subs do much all night. Once I did that, the crowd loved us.
Also, note the golf carts in the back. They really seem to love those.

The gig was only an hour and a half, so we played straight through with no breaks. We were definitely the evening entertainment. Sorry, no food or beer pic at this one. They did supply us with water though.
    Easy, fun gig.

  3. Hi @Medford Bassman!

Well done! I even like the Kuge's Summer Shandy. ;)

Yep, I've played a bunch of RV parks, mostly "seasoned citizens" in attendance. At least there are no drunken brawls and the folks are nice. Good work.

    Thank you for your indulgence,
