Would this be a good setup?

Firstly, let me just say I don't know **** about amps. I know not to mix ohm's and all the basic stuff, but that's about it.

Anyways, I've been working and slowly saving up for a new big ass amp so I can start gigging comfortably. I have my eye on the Hartke 1000w head and cab

How do these hold up? Are they junk or keepers? For the price and wattage, I figure something would be up.

I think the Hartke cabs are solid. I used to own the 410xl and I at one time thought about the 410 Hydrive. I do not know much about their amps as I have never tried any of them.

I've used a MOSFET 3500 for years. Held up great until the drummer dumped about a quart of vodka and cranberry juice into my amp rack.......Needless to say he's not our drummer anymore.

Amp still ran the rest of the night and after a good cleanup continued on, but the sugar finally started to rot the solder joints.

    Take Care,
    Timbros.

That'd be a decent rig. I'd gig it.
