Would this be a grateful dead bass?

Kim Nekroman of the Nekromantix I am told. Goth Rockabilly, a genre with which I am not familiar, though I do remember claiming to play Punk Folk in the very early 80's. Thought a giant safety pin through the f-hole would have been a nice touch.
  2. Psychobilly is hilarious.

I somehow doubt that such a bass would sound very good, but whatever.

What this guy really needs is a bow, made from a human femur.
  4. Ive heard a track by these guys, it was on the Give Em the boot 3 compilation (punk rock stuff). The bass actually sounds pretty decent. It has a longer sustain than a regular upright, with a beefy electric sound to it, and he gets a pretty good slap sound off of the finger board.

I saw these guys play a month or two ago. his bass hass a big square hole in the side of it. really weird.
if you're into psychobilly, or some good slappinaround, check out tiger army, they are ten times better then nekromantix
