I got it today. Wow. She is beautiful. Just awesome. The blue is ocean dark and I love the silver pickguard with the black outline. Amazing.

Proud owner here. Check her out. Woos and Ahhs.

Wow, that is a nice bass! Did it come with a certificate or something? That's a collector's item!

I'm not into blue, usually, unless it's a retro 'diner' blue, but...that one I like. Congrats, man. Very sexy.

  4. That bass looks awesome, I like the blue a lot. I wish I hadn't passed up the opportunity to get a Rev for pretty cheap. Been kicking myself since, have fun with that one.

No certificate that I saw. I wish it did. I am emailing them now to see if maybe Joe Naylor would be interested in sending me something official. I would think they would be happy to do so, or at least proud to show this was the last USA made Rev bass ever.

Looks very cool, though I've never heard of Reverend until just now. Learn something new every day right?

I've never had the pleasure of playing one, and I hope sometime I do. That is one very cool looking bass.

Just out of curiosity, what are you going off of that says you got the last one made?

Reverend sent out a newsletter saying they made one very last 4 string bass.

It's also registered and listed in their book as the last one they will ever make in the USA.

I might be getting a certificate from Joe Naylor, too. At least I requested something to say this was the last one. Apparently, he made 1 more 5 string bass too.

Are they going to start making them in another country now?

How did you get this one? Did you buy it direct?

  19. That looks great. The color and the chrome reminds me of a retro 50s diner.

bought it direct. I explained it above.

They stopped bass production 2 years ago. They made 1 more special 4 string last week. And that is what I have.

I was told they do not plan to make any more basses.
