Hire a budget VW Westfalia camper van and tour Europe

Took about (2) seconds on a google search, there are more.

    Let me ask you though:
I played overseas for (2) weeks, England only.
We were contracted and pre-booked through an Agency and all was arranged, backline, accomodations, and travel including air.

What are you doing? Just heading there to play engagements without representation, contracts, or a plan of action??

Whoever booked this should have travel arrangements made in advance as well.
At any rate, if your doing this independently, Google is your friend.
There are also parameters about working overseas, permits, payments, etc. so for your own sake- Have fun of course, but have your ducks in a row too.

I think their tour wrapped up about 8 years ago.

How do people find these mouldering threads with two posts?

    :rollno:

And why did you reply to it, at this date, having been so astute as to have noticed the original post date, which I did not?
    Shame on me, huh?

    You comment added what, again?

    I felt his opinion added a question a lot of us think of, when these threads pop up. For the sake of helpfulness though;

If I intend to respond to threads and inquires, I use the tabs at the top of the page.... starting with Forums, then selecting the sub-genres that interest me. I usually don't go more than 2 or 3 pages deep.

If i'm looking for information, then i'll use the search engine knowing that anything that may be relevant to what I search can be very old and outdated information. I have no inclination to respond to those threads.

I felt his opinion added nothing. I guess we differ!

At least you post with some sense of style, unlike:
How do people find these mouldering threads with two posts?

Let's dissect, since we have nothing better to do:roflmao:

I responded to a post that I had information and an opinion to offer, since I had been there and done that.
Gee, I did not notice the date of the post! Again, Shame on me!
    So what?
Someone pointed out shortly it was a "Zombie" thread to which I replied with humor, and my reply was "liked" by (5) TB'ers, not bad for a Zombie thread.

Yet, someone w/ nothing to add rhetorically asks "Why, oh Why?"

So, I'll respond to that again:

WHY would he even bother, slow day at the ranch?
What does that comment add to a thread that is dead?
    Nothing.

I saw that that the OP had posted w/ no replies, asking again for help.
I offered help, 8 years too late. How awful.
"Crock" posts like #6 annoy me, and make TB read stupid.
    IMO, YMMV, My .02

Your feedback is the proper way to phrase, if someone feels they have something to add.

    Case Closed.

That sums it up. It was a general question as to how these zombie threads get resurrected. Not just this one.

B-line needs to realize not everything is ALL about him. o_O

    A 'general question"...:rollno:

gin1955 needs to realize that his post was, in "B-lines" opinion-
    a "Crock" post. Total.
Case closed, who cares how Zombie threads get resurrected?
It might be because someone posts a reply- For whatever reason. See? Easy!

    Yous STILL going on this?:roflmao:

Whatever. Not getting sucked into your trolling.

Yo don't seem to understand, so I'll try to explain-hopefully for the last time!

YOU are the troll, who made a troll post, and continue to reply to a thread entitled:
    "Bus Tour to Europe"

My 1st post concerned the topic; the only issue was the date! My reply was on-topic, and the only reply!
You could have started a thread entitled "Why do people post to Zombie threads"? if the matter concerns you!
    But you didn't.

If you wish to not be a troll (people who use the term as an accusation on others are generally unable to defend themselves, so they take the easy way out, by ridiculous and rather stupid name calling: i.e. "You Troll!:crying: as you are trying to do)- then you'll learn something, if you can drop your Ego! Because the thread and topic are NOT about you.

If you think about the dynamics, you'll find that your logic is twisted-and of course incorrect.
I was the ONLY respondent to this thread, and then let it die a humorous death...
    Until you trolled.
    Case closed?:roflmao:

    You missed it, sorry.
We went to the soda shop after school to settle it, and lucky for him the Fonz showed up or I woulda kicked his butt!

But thanks for the advice, Mr, Principal!:roflmao:
