XLR output TOO noisy on Sansamp Programable DI

    I have a
    Tech 21 PBDR SansAmp Programmable Bass Driver DI. I bought it new 2 years ago and it has a bad buzz when I connect the xlr out to a mixer or amp and I'm stuck using the 1/4" out. I also notice there's no ground lift. Anyone else have this problem?

    The phantom power switch is the ground lift.

    Phantom on = grounded
    Phantom off = ground lifted

    I feel pretty stupid! After seeing your reply I downloaded the manual. My last few gigs I’ve used it xlr out and lifted. No buzz. Thanks! I wish I had asked this question sooner (or read the manual)...
