Selling my Yamaha BB1024x. This is a really cool bass, all passive with a great feel. It's a 3 piece body with alder wings on a maple center block. You can opt for the diagonal body thru stringing, which allows a 45 degree angle at the saddle to reduce stress and increase string tension.

The pickups are a Split Blade (Alnico V) in the neck position and a single blade (Ceramic) in the bridge position. There is 3 way toggle switch, one volume and one tone knob. The nut is nickel silver.

It's a bolt on, 34" scale and weighs in the low to mid 9 pound range.
Great bite, great sustain, the action is as low as it can go. An overall great bass to play

Ships in a Gator hard shell case.
    Price includes shipping
    yam4.

Very good bass right there. The cool thing is you don't see these around much so it's kind of unique. I miss mine but replaced it with a BB3000A recently.

    Yamaha makes awesome instruments!

What brands/models of jazz bass would you consider trading for?

I'm not looking for anything in particular. Fender American jazz would be sweet or a Flea or a Classic series 60's. Off the top of my head. What do you have? Send me a PM
