Yamaha BB3000

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Andy Daventry, Apr 14, 2001.

  1. Is $550 a good deal for a BB3000 with original hardcase? It is slightly weathered (no idea of age but it has a definite 5-10 year patina) but in excellent condition?

I liked this bass. It addresses a need I have...natural finish, 4 string, neck through, slim necked (well, compared to my P bass!), preamp with a wide range of sounds. The guy will sell on instalments, and I may buy this one....

Anyone have any experience? Any 'to look fors' on this animal?

  2. bttt...

In hope that someone somewhere is familiar with the model....

i currently own a BBEast and have own a couple of different BB modles.thay are great workhouse basses and $550 is not to bad if it's not to weathered.
