Does anyone know anything about them, or how I could get ahold of them? I'd like a quote for something like this:

    so I can start saving.

And yes, I realize I accidently wiped out the jacks.

That looks like a fun projekt. But don´t expect Yamaha Guitars to call you anytime soon.
I know Ken Dapron runs Yamaha custom shop in America, but I do not think they accept custom orders from "regular" people. But it is worth a try.
Go through www.yamahaguitars.com and then through the service section maybe.
That is your best shot, as I think there is no way you will ever get the custom shop in Japan to build it for you. They are really exclusive. And builds really interesting things, but I think it is only domistic Japan and famous artists that they deal with.

I think your best bet would to be to buy a regular Attitude and have a local luthier copy the body with exotic woods and route for and install the Kahler trem.
