    I received it.
    It's old fashion but there are some very interesting functions, like switching modulation and reverb blocks.
    It sounds really 80s, very nice to catch New Wave, Pink Floyds or hair metal tones.
    I probably won't use it much for this kind of things, since it's meant to be used with my PA. Might be useful for recording though.

    Its a staple of MANY shoegaze/ambient bands... My Bloody Valintine, Curve, and slowdive...

    I believe they made a bass version.
    I was sold on it because of the 3band parametric EQ and band compression.
