!!!LOWERED PRICE BY $200!!! I need to move this instrument before I go back to my ship gig in Miami! I'd much prefer to sell it to TB'ers instead of Ebay-ing it!

Hello all!

FOR SALE : Top of the line 90’s Yamaha TRB5P in great condition. Will include a Fender Hardshell case (slightly dented on corner). $650!!! OBO (buyer pays for shipping, and I've already got a box to ship this bass with HScase in, so that brings down shipping costs dramatically).

Neck-thru 34 inch scale fretted 5-string with active Yamaha PJ pickups and peizo bridge. Purchased 6 months ago from a fellow bassist here in Wichita, Kansas and played nightly for the past 3 months on my last cruise ship gig down in Miami. Plays and sounds great. All serious offers will be considered.

Thanks comrades!

How do people even dig these things up? It must've been on page 50.

Well, I don't believe in deleting the FS threads, no matter how old they are, and when you do a search the date smacks you in the face, so it's kind of absurd. I guess I just expect people to think before they post... must be too much to ask in some cases.

I guess the pros would be:

1) Original poster can be lazy
2) You can get a snapshot of what the gear was worth.. to someone.. at some point in the past.
3) You can see who all has had a piece of gear.. at least in the TB community.

I'm not convinced. I tried searching but just got a bunch of "please delete this thread!" posts.
