I really really need to get my hands on one of these babies.
I also need it used and in good condition simply for the price diffrence.
If anyone has any leads where i can get a fretted one please please please let me know.
I need this bass before i go to berklee this summer.
I know there is a fretless one on e-bay but i need a fretted one. :help: :help: :help: :help:

Any reason you want the JP? The TRB6 is exactly the same except for the maple top and fingerboard inlays. I just got mine a while back for 550 - most JPs go for a grand or so.

well i have a TRB-6P I have plans to defret it. For a fretless bass I like the Piezos and the thru-neck. But for a fretted bass i think bolt-ons are punchier, I like the idea of the slap cut, other than thats its cheaper and its John's signature bass :D duh...jk

  4. Try a used TRB 6 Mk I. I have one, it is bolt on and has the slap cut - and it's cheaper then the TRB JP.

The MKI is harder to find than the JP
