    Long story short, I purchased a Clarus/Ampeg PB212 from BassNW this week. Due to headroom issues I called to see what else they had in stock that was close in portability, and they had a used EA IAmp 350 combo w/CXL 110 ext. cab, w/ Tuki covers for exactly the same price.
    Aaron @ BassNW says the pair is in showroom condition. The new mini stack should be here next Thurs. Gawd I hate waiting!!!!!!
    Props to the guys at BassNW (Aaron!) for going out of there way to make one happy customer.
