    As a person who deals daily with copyright...

    ...the rights to that picture are held by someone...and I'm gonna guess its no one here. While I would guess that the people who do own the rights to that picture may never notice, if they do, that violation could be bad mojo for both TB and those involved with the production of the previously mentioned shirt.
